Bill has been in real estate in the Huntsville, AL area for 17 years with experience in new home sales and general brokerage. He is an active member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors and the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and has been elected to served in many different positions including the 2010 MLS President and Vice Chairman of the State Professional Standards Committee.   Bill trained with Howard Brinton, the #1 real estate trainer in North America, and has received his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations.

Diann Ward
Client Care Manager

Diann is our Client Care Manager. She works as our listing clients' point of contact. She works closely with Bill to make sure our proven marketing program is implemented, continually evaluates the market, and stays in contact with our clients. One of her most important jobs is to keep our clients informed at all times about their property and feedback on what the market is saying. Once we have an accepted contract, Diann will take our clients from contract to closing. Her job is to ensure a smooth and trouble free transaction to accomplish our goal of getting your home SOLD. Diann graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing, and she joined the Bill Ward Real Estate Team in the spring of 2005.

Leslie Turner
Buyer Specialist

Leslie Turner absolutely loves her career in real estate as a buyer’s specialist and brings that passion to each and every client that she serves. Leslie believes that being a REALTOR® is more than just selling houses; it is first and foremost being an advocate and counsel for her clients. Her dedication and love for her job has given her the opportunity to meet many new people and, thru her constant upbeat attitude, knowledge and professionalism, has created many new dreams for her clients, some who thought they could never do it!

Leslie also specializes in relocation services. Having experienced a corporate relocation herself, she understands the special needs and concerns of those clients who are moving into our area. Leslie takes both her positive and negative experiences from her own relocation to make the transition as absolutely stress free and smooth as possible.

Buying or selling a home is a huge financial move and can be a very emotional one. For most it is the largest investment they will make in their lifetime. Leslie understands this and makes the process much easier and smoother for her clients by being on top of the transactions, always available via phone or email, and always listening to know what is important to her buyers.
